30ok Terms & Conditions – Please Read Before Using This Platform

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and 30ok ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). They govern all access to and use of the 30ok website, mobile site, games, betting services, account functions, promotions, and any other services provided by 30ok. Please read these Terms carefully before registering an account or placing any wager. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the 30ok platform.

These Terms are written in English and that English version is the authoritative version. Any translation provided for convenience does not override the English text. 30ok reserves the right to update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

1. Eligibility

Access to and use of the 30ok platform is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria. It is the User's sole responsibility to ensure they satisfy these requirements before registering an account or accessing any game or betting market.

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Individuals under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from creating an account or using any part of the 30ok platform. 30ok may request proof of age documentation at any time, and failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• You must be a human individual acting on your own behalf. Registrations made by automated systems, bots, or third parties acting without your genuine personal instruction are prohibited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration and maintain that information in an up-to-date state for the duration of your account. Providing false information is grounds for immediate account termination.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or close associate of 30ok, or an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not be self-excluded from gambling services via any formal self-exclusion arrangement you have entered into. If you have previously self-excluded, you must contact support before attempting to re-register.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 30ok are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The following rules govern deposits and withdrawals on the platform:

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. 30ok accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. The available payment methods and their respective minimum/maximum transaction limits are displayed in the deposit section of your account.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account (mobile wallet or card) registered in your own name. 30ok does not accept third-party deposits. Any deposit identified as originating from a third-party account may be reversed, and the associated 30ok account may be suspended pending investigation.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. Withdrawal requests are processed 24/7 and typically complete within five minutes for mobile wallet withdrawals.
• 30ok does not charge a processing fee on standard withdrawals made via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. Charges applied by the payment service provider on their side are outside 30ok's control and are the User's responsibility to account for.
• 30ok reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal. Funds will be held pending satisfactory completion of any verification process. If KYC is not completed within 30 days of the request, 30ok may void the associated withdrawal request.
• 30ok does not permit the withdrawal of deposited funds that have not been used in genuine gameplay. A deposited amount must be wagered at least once before it becomes eligible for withdrawal as cash. This rule is designed to prevent the use of the platform for money transmission purposes.

5. Prohibited Conduct

Users are strictly prohibited from engaging in any of the following conduct when using the 30ok platform. Violation of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Using the platform for any form of money laundering, financial fraud, or any other illegal financial activity. The 30ok platform is for gaming entertainment only; it is not a payment gateway, money transfer service, or financial instrument of any kind.
• Opening, operating, or benefiting from multiple accounts (multi-accounting), including accounts opened under aliases, family members' details, or any third-party identity.
• Using any software, bot, script, algorithm, or artificial intelligence tool to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other players, including automated betting systems, card-counting software, or exploit scripts.
• Colluding with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes, exploit platform mechanics, or coordinate betting patterns in a way that constitutes cheating or fraud.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, harassing, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise unlawful in communications with 30ok staff or other platform users.

30ok's determination of whether conduct constitutes a violation of these prohibited conduct rules is final. Where 30ok identifies a violation, it may take any remedial action it deems appropriate, up to and including permanent account closure and referral to relevant authorities.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the 30ok platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, text, logos, game interfaces, software, source code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 30ok or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any part of the 30ok platform's intellectual property without prior written consent from 30ok. Unauthorised use of 30ok's intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability under applicable law.

9. Amendments to These Terms

30ok reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, 30ok will make reasonable efforts to notify registered Users in advance via the platform or via the email address associated with the User's account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the 30ok platform after any amendment to these Terms has been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure by contacting 30ok support.
